If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may call us and return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

This return policy does not apply to customized products. All custom-made items are created according to the specifications provided through our online ordering system or via special request. Consequently, custom products are not eligible for return or exchange without exception.

To ensure you choose the correct size for your graphic or lettering, we highly recommend measuring the intended application area prior to placing your order.

We offer replacement decals at a discounted price in the event of installation errors. Please use caution and follow all provided directions carefully during the application process.

If you are uncomfortable with the installation, we recommend having it done by a professional at a local sign or tint shop.

Please note that Decalboy is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. However, we are happy to work with you to correct any such issues.

If your product contains an error made by Decalboy or arrives with a defect, it will be replaced upon request. To receive a replacement, please email us a photograph of the decal for review. If the error occurred on our end, we will replace the decal free of charge.

We ship worldwide from Los Angeles, California.
Subject to our standard processing times, we typically process orders within 8 hours and ship the following day via USPS. Domestic shipping costs range from $2.99 to $9.99.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Decalboy will reship the package to the corrected address for an additional fee equal to 50% of the original shipping cost.

While Decalboy is not responsible for shipping delays, we will replace items that are lost or damaged by a third party during the shipping process.
