What surfaces do your decals work on?

Our premium vinyl decals adhere best to smooth, hard surfaces like glass, metal, plastic, and finished wood. They are perfect for vehicle windows, laptops, water bottles, and storefronts.

Are your decals weatherproof and UV-resistant?

Yes! We use high-grade outdoor vinyl and UV-resistant inks. Our decals are rated to last 3-5 years in outdoor conditions without fading or peeling.

Can I upload my own custom design?

Absolutely. We accept high-resolution files (PNG, JPG) and vector formats (SVG, AI, EPS) for the sharpest print quality. Use our "Upload" tool on the product page.

How do I apply my decal without bubbles?

Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol first. Peel the backing, apply one edge, and use a credit card or squeegee to smooth it out from the center toward the edges.

Are the decals removable or permanent?

Our decals feature a semi-permanent adhesive. They stay on strong but can be removed with a bit of heat (like a hairdryer) without leaving a sticky residue on most surfaces.

How small can the details be?

Most printers require "thick" lines-usually at least 1.5mm to 2mm-to ensure the vinyl doesn't tear during the cutting process or peel off prematurely after application.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods (like holidays or major sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your label is printed.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order departs our facility, a link to your order is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. If you haven't seen it, please check your Spam or Promotions folders.

My tracking status hasn't updated in days. Is it lost?

It's common for carriers to miss "in-transit" scans. Usually, the package is still moving and will update once it reaches a major sorting hub. If there is no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

What if my package is marked "Delivered" but I don't have it?

Before reaching out, please:
1. Check with neighbors or your building manager.
2. Look around side doors or behind porch furniture.
3. Wait 24 hours-sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely while they are still on the truck.

My items arrived damaged. What do I do?

We've got you covered. Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We can update your address as long as the order hasn't been handed off to the carrier. Please email us with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change" as soon as possible. Once the package is in the carrier's hands, we are unable to reroute it.
