Return / Exchange policyOur goal is your complete satisfaction, so if you have a problem, please send us an e-mail and we can discuss how to resolve any issues you might have. if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply call us and ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for 80% of your purchase price, there is a 20% restocking fee (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Please note, it does not apply on Customized Products.
All custom made products are created by request of customers, according to the specifications provided through the online ordering system or via special requests. Custom made products are not returnable or exchangeable with no Exceptions.
Decal SizeTo ensure you choose the proper size of graphic or lettering for your decal, we highly recommend measuring your desired area for your decal prior to ordering
InstallationNo Decals will be replaced for installation errors. So use caution when applying and follow all directions If you are uncomfortable with the installation process have it done at your local Sign Shop, or Tint Shop.
SpellingDecalboy is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. We will work with you to get it corrected.
Any product resulting in an error on the part of Decalboy will be replaced upon request.
If your decal arrives with a defect and you need a replacement, please email us a photograph of the decal for review. If the error is made on our end we will replace the decal free of charge.
ShippingWe ship worldwide from Los Angeles, California. Most of the times we are able to process your order within 8 hours and ship it next day. All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic Shipping cost is $2.99 to $9.99. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address Decalboy will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional 50% of your shipping price.
Decalboy is not responsible for any delays in shipping. We will replace lost or damage caused by a third party in the shipping process.
